These are the published child safety standards of JOYFUL GAMES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED for the ROR — Realm of Rewards app.
JOYFUL GAMES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) absolutely. There is no exception, no context and no defence for it in ROR. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or conduct that sexualises, exploits, endangers or grooms a minor is banned, and accounts responsible are removed permanently and reported to the relevant authorities.
1. Who this applies to
Everyone who uses ROR, in every part of it — chat, the replay feed, comments, profiles, usernames, avatars and any other place a user can put content.
2. What is prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including drawn, generated or computer-generated depictions.
- Sexualisation of minors — any content that presents a minor in a sexualised way, whatever the medium.
- Grooming — building a relationship with a minor to abuse or exploit them, including attempting to move a minor to another platform for that purpose.
- Sextortion — threatening to share a minor's intimate images.
- Trafficking and solicitation involving a minor.
- Sharing or seeking CSAE material, or links to it.
- Endangering a child — content or conduct that puts a minor at risk of harm.
3. Age requirements
- ROR requires users to be at least 13. In the European Economic Area, where a country sets a higher digital age of consent, that higher age applies.
- Tournaments and rewards with real-world value are restricted to users aged 18 and over.
- Accounts we find belong to someone under the minimum age are closed and the data deleted.
4. How to report — in the app and from the web
In the app: long-press any chat message, or open any post or profile, and choose Report → Child safety. This route is available to every user, at all times, without leaving the app.
From the web: realmofrewards.com/report, choosing "Child safety". No account is needed.
By email: safety@realmofrewards.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first. Then tell us, so we can preserve evidence and act on the account.
5. What we do when we receive a report
Escalated immediately
CSAE reports bypass the normal queue and are reviewed ahead of everything else.
Content removed and account suspended
Pending review, so nothing can spread while we look at it.
Evidence preserved
We retain what the authorities need, handled under strict access controls.
Reported to the authorities
To the relevant law enforcement body and, where applicable, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Permanent removal
The account is banned permanently and we take reasonable steps to prevent the person returning.
6. How we try to prevent it
- An age gate at sign-up, and age-appropriate limits on features.
- Automated filtering on chat and on uploaded content.
- Human review of reports, with escalation paths for child safety.
- Reporting and blocking available to every user in every place content appears.
- Staff training on recognising and handling CSAE reports.
The content filter runs server-side, so it applies to every user on every client version.
7. Point of contact
