These Terms are a contract between you and JOYFUL GAMES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Act 2017. They govern your use of the ROR — Realm of Rewards app and this website.

By creating an account, playing, or posting anything in ROR, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use ROR.

1. Who may use ROR

• You must be at least 13 years old. In the European Economic Area, if your country sets a higher digital age of consent, that age applies.
• You must be at least 18 to enter a tournament or redeem a reward that has real-world value.
• You may hold one account. Additional accounts used to gain an advantage in tournaments or rewards will be closed.
• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep your credentials to yourself.

2. What ROR is

ROR is a free-to-play entertainment app containing multiple games, free-to-enter tournaments, a replay feed, chat and profiles.

ROR is not a gambling service. There are no wagers, no bets, no stakes and no entry fees. You cannot risk money on an outcome in ROR, and nothing you buy in ROR can be cashed out or converted into money.

3. Content you post, and the rules for it

You must accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines before you can post anything — a replay, a comment, a chat message or a profile.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it, for the purpose of operating and promoting ROR. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for the legal reasons described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that what you post is yours to post and does not infringe anyone's rights.

We may remove content and restrict, suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the Community Guidelines. The Guidelines set out what is prohibited, how to report it, and how to appeal a decision.

4. Coins and purchases

• Coins are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use a digital feature inside ROR. They are not money, not property, and not a currency.
• All purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms. We do not handle your payment details.
• Purchased coins do not expire while your account is open.
• Coins have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged between accounts, or converted into money, points, or anything of real-world value.
• Coins pay for cosmetics, convenience items and entry to coin tournaments, which award cosmetics and standing only. Coins do not buy entry to, extra attempts in, or any advantage in a tournament that awards a prize of real-world value.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• If your account is closed for breaking these Terms, unused coins are forfeited.

5. Tournaments, prizes and rewards

ROR runs two kinds of tournament, and they are governed by different terms. Both are governed by their published official rules together with the Tournament Rules. JOYFUL GAMES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is the sole sponsor and operator of every ROR tournament.

• Coin tournaments cost coins to enter and award cosmetics, in-game items and standing. Nothing awarded has monetary value, and nothing awarded can be sold, transferred or converted into money.
• Sponsored tournaments are free to enter — no money and no coins — and award prizes funded by a sponsor. Because those prizes carry real-world value, these tournaments are offered only in the territories named in their official rules, and only to entrants aged 18 and over.
• Cosmetics, items and standing cannot be bought, sold or transferred between accounts.
• Prizes and rewards may be subject to tax deducted at source under section 156 of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 or equivalent law where you live. Where that applies, we will tell you before you confirm the redemption.
• We may change the reward catalogue, point costs and earning rates. Changes apply going forward; points you have already earned keep their value at the time you redeem.
• Manipulating the rewards system — multiple accounts, automation, exploiting a bug, colluding with other players — voids the points and rewards concerned and may close your account.

6. What you must not do

• Break the Community Guidelines.
• Cheat, use bots, automate play, modify the app, or exploit a bug instead of reporting it.
• Buy, sell or trade accounts, coins, points or rewards.
• Attempt to access another account, or any part of our systems you are not authorised to use.
• Use ROR for anything unlawful, or in a country where we do not offer it.

7. Availability and changes to the service

ROR is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw games, features, tournaments and rewards, and we may stop offering ROR in a country where the law or our partners require it.

If we withdraw the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and a fair period in which to redeem points you have already earned.

8. Ending this agreement

You can stop using ROR at any time, and delete your account from the deletion page or in the app.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your account is being used to defraud us or another player. Where the reason allows it, we will tell you why and how to appeal.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost coins, points, progress or standings, or for content posted by other users. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or PKR 10,000.

10. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Jhelum, Pakistan have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the law of the country where you live.

Before going to court, please use our complaints process — it is faster, and it is free.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use ROR after that means you accept the new version.
